Malasits Zsolt: Könyv Előszó

Zsolt Malasits: Preface to the book

Dear friend!

The following few thoughts may help you to approach the spirituality of my paintings more easily, and also to understand why I came to these eternally asked cosmic and salvation history questions during my research, and how the answers to them, which are my own truths, were formed.

As a starting point, I would like to state that since the discovery of photography, which can be dated to 1839, the role of art should have changed fundamentally, but this was only realized towards the end of the 19th century. An exception to this is Hieronymus Bosch in the XV. century and Pieter Bruegel the Elder in the 16th century.

At the end of the 1800s, artists appeared who revolutionized painting and instead of simply reproducing the world, placed the importance of creation in a completely different perspective.

The emotional charge appeared and the artist's individuality primarily determined the appearance of the picture. In my opinion, the transition period from painting to art can also be counted from here. Painting is a profession that can be learned and actually practiced by anyone, if they devote the necessary time and energy to mastering the technique. For art, in addition to the body, the presence of the soul and spirit is absolutely necessary. The painter reproduces and the artist creates a new world.

A painting by itself tries to achieve completeness, but summarizing a period in a book shows a completely different kind of unity and effect.

In this album, we see an almost complete material from the end of 2009 to the present day. This is a kind of imprint of my artistic individuality, so it is the essence of my current state.

For a person who makes a living from art, like me, it is always an exciting and joyful task to review and summarize the works, realizations and lessons of an era, a time interval, especially when a fiftieth birthday is appropriate for this. This opportunity gives me the opportunity to delve into where I am going and where I am currently on this road. In fact, I am talking about destiny, which is not an easy task to find, and when a person finds his vocation, that is, becomes dedicated, called, he still has to work hard on a daily basis to fulfill his destiny. In general, a basic destiny task is to find and get to know ourselves and our role in the world as part of the Divine plan. In addition, the main goal is to realize a cleansing process by recognizing our mistakes and eliminating them day by day.

In my opinion, the theory that people are born with original sin is wrong. Referring to the case of the prodigal son, recognizing and changing wrong decisions is one of the most important parts of life. By the way, sin means nothing more than walking on the wrong path. The less often and for a shorter period of time we go down the wrong path or do wrong things, the straighter we move towards the fulfillment of our destiny.

The artist, if he is honest and true, constantly analyzes the world, as well as himself, and the relationship between these two things. He constantly asks questions and tries to answer these questions. Each of his works is an answer to a question, which he records in some way, as a road sign, in my case in the form of paintings. So I primarily work for my own realizations. Of course, I make these thoughts public domain, and thus the open observer also has the opportunity to increase his spiritual knowledge through my images. If anyone wants to know who I am, what I am, they just have to look at my paintings. This is a good opportunity to get to know each other, because not only the external appearance gives a clue, but also the internal content. Of course, if I'm on the right track, a constant change and purification can be observed in my creative process, which avoids unnecessary frills as much as possible and strives only for the pure essence. It is an initiation process. True initiation involves hard physical efforts, a series of tests and mental toils. Those who, with continuous persistent work, fight their way up to the spiritual heights, where the temple of omniscience awaits with open doors, receive the final initiation and enter the sanctuary, where the feeling of completeness spreads within them.

Being on earth is an experiment. It is the test of whether complete enlightenment is possible in the realm of free will. Every soul goes to Earth with a huge commitment. With a so-called "world savior" plan that comes from the realm of pure light and selfless love, it seems easy. It is similar to a parachute jump, where someone is dropped behind enemy lines with a certain specific task, (destiny task), the purpose of which is to bring and anchor light into the world. This is enlightenment. It is not by chance that Jesus Christ called himself the "Light of the World". In our solar system, the light and warmth of the Sun is the physical manifestation of eternal divine love flowing towards us. The realization of the continuity of divine light on Earth is our main and ultimate goal. The Creator loves man more than all the creatures he created because he is able to make this "leap" for the pleasure and glory of his God, and from the perfect form of existence and full state of consciousness, he literally falls down into the realm of ignorance, darkness and evil, or the realm of three dimensions, in order to redeem and change the world of his free will. This is not easy, but it can be done through our enlightenment. We must anchor the light within ourselves and become a light-bringer, even alone. After all, one candle is enough to flood a dark cave with light. Light always triumphs over darkness. The opportunity is given to us here and now. As in Hungarian folk tales, the poor lad becomes a king after overcoming trials. He wins love, - (which is the fifth element, the substance element, and this makes life complete) - and the crown, which, interpreted at a higher level, means the crown of life, that is, eternal life. I would like to emphasize that the role of art in the 21st century is even more important than it was before. Through it, the creator initiates and realizes the development of a healthy value system in himself and through his works, which is absolutely necessary in the age of the exclusive position of power of money. Therefore, the formation and establishment of mutually supportive groups is extremely important.

Let's not lull ourselves into the illusion that capitalism after socialism and democracy after dictatorship will bring positive change. These concepts are all of the same essence. Power never wants to see humanity in prosperity and oblivious happiness, but in poverty and fear. It feeds off of this energy! Always manipulating, dividing and ruling. Art is the only thing that can effectively fight against oppression. Through works, people can recognize social wrongs and look for new solutions. The works of male creators always contain the Christ energy, which is an effusive, energizing, searching for and recommending new ways. It floods the world with the warmth of love and the divine light, which love promotes our salvation, and the light promotes clear vision. The works of female creators always contain the maternal quality, the Virgin Mary's energy that unites everything and creates a foundation. This being of a receptive nature creates security and a fixed point in our world. (Assuming, of course, that the particular artist is on the right path.) Besides love, art is the other opportunity to experience the highest spiritual and spiritual elevation. The works are born from the soul, in an inspired state, where the creator can act as a channel so that the celestial, pure energy of love can be realized in our three dimensions. If we love and allow art to be close to us, we can also get closer to the Providence, which makes us, simply put, better people, and this is one of the main goals of life.

A good work is free from almost all social conventions, bad habits and can convey serious lessons for us. My pictures also show that our world is on the verge of great changes. I recommend that we take an active part in this transformation and not just be observers, suffering subjects of it. Let's prepare, first of all within ourselves, the place to receive the new one. "Make straight the ways of God!" - we can read in the New Testament. "It's much easier to change what you do than what someone else does."

Notice how much wonder we are surrounded by. If we look at the sky: in the Sun, Moon and stars, and if we look at the Earth: in nature and good and true people, which can give us new strength and faith to endure difficulties.

I want to make sure that when someone looks at one of my pictures, they feel that they are not alone.

Such an occasion inevitably closes an era, a period from which the need to search for new directions is formulated. Once again, I am facing the triple fork in the road and I believe that I will choose the right path, which does not necessarily mean the easier one.

A quote from Julius Andan should serve as a guide here: "The world behind the scenes." from the book:

"What is called art today is not art.

What is believed to be art today is only the mouthpiece of the highest caste, a part of the propaganda machine.

The real artist is not a miracle bug, a strange eccentric figure whom no one really understands.

A true artist is not a fool, not a deranged figure who lives only for the moment.

Real art is not meant to direct people's attention to sex.

Real art is not a tool to use to foist ugly lies on people.

A true artist dares to defy all authority in the world just so he can be himself and create freely.

True art frees humanity from oppression.

Such is the importance of art."

I believe my art creates love, light and faith in this world!
